I spent hours trying to add different effects and stuff with adobe after effects but its just too complicated so i gave up and used hitfilm studios which is why the quality sUCKs

generally i wouldnt classify myself as an anxious person, its only when im in public situations its so much. I have the dumbest stories all because of social anxiety, and its just the little things like now wanting to go out at all because I feel like im constantly being watched and judged, not only by society, but by my family and friends as well.
So yep,, i just feel so confused at how my brain works??
