Today I was taught how to make a classic Vietnamese white coffee (Iced) It's a perfect balance of condensed milk, fresh milk and whipped Phin coffee.
Here's the recipe:
20ml of condensed milk
50ml of fresh milk
- Mix together in a glass
- Add ice on top of milk
30ml of Vietnamese robusta Phin coffee
- Whip with an electric whisk
Add coffee on top of ice and milk
Enjoy!
