DYNASTY CRAB is one of endemic species to Vietnam. People can only find it from Central to the South of Vietnam. Compared to normal crabs, dynasty crabs carry more meat. The best way to cook dynasty crab in Vietnam is to boil it in lemongrass water. For sure, this crab is beyond other normal vietnam street food. This food is expensive and of course tastes phenomenon.
