Improvements: adding Remote Portal groups and quick Smart Notifications

With the latest version of VideoView+ for Cameras, it is now easier to quickly create Sites by importing already configured Remote Portal Groups.

Furthermore, a shortcut has been added to automatically set-up Smart Notifications for each camera in a Site with the first Video Analytics task configured on the camera as a trigger.
