The VideoRay Cutter has been specifically designed for use with either VideoRay Pro 3 or Pro 4 ROV systems. The Cutter utilizes the same 9 Pin Plug & Play feature as all other VideoRay Accessories so it is possible to use in conjunction with sonars or other sensors. The razor sharp blade makes quick work of rope or cable up to .5 inches (12.7 mm) in diameter and the blade can be changed in seconds.
The Cutter mounts on the bottom of the submersible and can be added or removed in the field with minimal effort.
