Two Americans were charged with obstructing operations at the Ichikawa City Zoo after one person jumped into a zoo enclosure to see Punch the monkey while the other filmed the incident. Punch the monkey went viral last year and is known for dragging around a stuffed animal. One of the men jumped into the enclosure in a costume, but his hat kept falling off and his face was easily seen. The men were charged with obstructing operations at the city’s zoo.
