Police saved a mother and her three children from flood waters with jumper cables in White Settlement, Texas on April 28. The family’s car had gotten stuck in a ditch near rushing flood water, and the police used the cables to help anchor the woman before firefighters arrived to pull the car out. All members of the family were rescued.
