Here is an example of how easy it is to make a video model. I made this one to demonstrate how to fold shirts. I just filmed myself while I was already doing the task. You can then use the video to write out the steps for a task analysis. To use this to teach someone how to perform the task, you could use Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to explain why the learner needs to learn the skills, use the task analysis to show them the written steps, use the video to model the steps, and then set up opportunities for practice.
