Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Down With Webster (DWW) are set to be the next international breakout from a country that is quickly becoming a leading exporter of musical sensations (Arcade Fire, Bieber and Drake). The band's musical style draws from a number of influences to create a sound described as a modern day Sly & The Family Stone meets Beastie Boys.
So when we heard they were coming over to play a UK showcase at The Water Rats in Kings Cross, London. We had to check them out, having seen their videos and heard the hype we also caught up with Cameron "Cam" Hunter and Martin "Bucky" Seja from the band to see what goes on in the world of Down With Webster...
