Generation Pixel | Video Game Hunting in Glasgow's West End Plus Bonus Vintage and Geek Hotspots #Glasgow #Gamehunting @GenerationPixel | Uploaded August 2022 | Updated October 2024, 2 minutes ago.
Taking full advantage of the rare good weather in Scotland I decided to get out and about in Glasgow's West End to see if I could find some interesting Video Games of other cool and geeky stuff.
Places visited included Starry Starry Night, a vintage clothing and accessories boutique, because it's not all about Video Games. Relics, and absolute treasure trove of just about everything from just about and era you could imagine.
And, of course, a selection of Goodwill Charity Shops that are plentiful in the area.
I start with the fifteen minute walk that I am grateful I have to get to the West End of Glasgow and move on to the actual hunting.
The Video Games I encountered included Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Wii and remarkably even some 8Bit Microcomputer games such as the ZX Spectrum, Acorn Electron, BBC and Amstrad CPC!
