A baby Port Jackson shark has been filmed hatching from one of the species' distinctive corkscrew-shaped egg cases, once known as "mermaid's purses". The milestone comes after Melbourne Zoo successfully bred the sharks for the first time, with two pups emerging from the unusual eggs last month.
