Using Air Anatomy gestures and 3D graphics I discuss the lesions of the basic neural circuit that enable lateral gaze of eyes.

Click on the timestamps for quick reach to the topics

0:00 - Intro
0:22 - Lesions of Abducens nucleus/fascicles, Millard Gubler (with LR palsy), Foville (with lateral gaze palsy)
2:15 - Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia and One and a half syndrome
4:36 - PPRF and FEF with lesions
7:34 - Outro

(Please note that there can be considerable OVERLAP in presentations based on territories involved)

In Millard Gubler Syndrome, a lesion in the pons causes a lateral rectus paralysis, an ipsilateral facial palsy and a contralateral hemiplegia.
