Steps
1) 0:05 Requirements
2) 1:25 Exact match to find the letter in row 3
3) 2:03 Offset to get all numbers for selected letter at top
4) 3:14 Closest match to find salary lookup value
5) 4:30 Get final answer from column A
5:40 Double check results
