This challenge started with -I wonder if....-
Create a SUMIF formula without typing or directly refering to the math operators. I found a trick to do this.
Then I thought of something more practical. Use a drop down to allow people to select the desired operators. This may hopefully reduce human error a bit and eliminate some math phobia (unless of course a drop down and index/match cause more pain!).
