This is exactly what I hate about Black Ops 2. This kind of quick scoper totally ruins the game. I was victim to this guy for several games before I finally snapped and rage-quit. A sniper shouldnt be able to kill at close-range with one shot, without even aiming. Slow the footage at 40 seconds .Totally ridiculous.
