Capital Breakfast team Vick Hope, Roman Kemp and Sonny Jay caught up with Rory O'Connor on the red carpet at the Jingle Bell Ball 2018.

Vick spoke about her Strictly Come Dancing 2018 experience with professional dancer Graziano Di Prima.

Roman Kemp also revealed his own dancing experience, telling his co-stars he won "Ballroom champion of the year at the Islington Championships for his Foxtrot routine aged just 13".

Was Roman teasing his fellow presenters or telling the truth?

The presenting trio also revealed who they were most looking forward to seeing perform at the Jingle Bell Ball.
