There's supposed to be my voice on here, but I dunno where it went. :\
Step 1: Get VGM2OPM.
Step 2: Get some VGZ files.
Step 3: Have 2 windows open: 1 with VGM2OPM and 1 with VGZ files.
Step 4: Drag VGZ file onto VGM2OPM executable file.
Step 5: Observe new .opm file in Folder 2.
Step 6: Use new .opm file for cool stuff.
Step 7: Repeat Steps 4-6 as many times as you want.
Step 8: Profit!
