The experiment continues! I have been releasing daily tracks on my Soundcloud. These were simple, chill beats that I made entirely on my Nintendo Switch using the Korg Gadget app. For Week Two, I composed all the tracks in my backyard. I got a week of songs collected, and decided to set them to some chill B-Roll I shot in my back yard (and one shot from San Juan Island, again). Now hopefully you all can have some chill synth jams to study to, and more people will know about this project.
This has been a hugely successful project for me. It gives me a creative outlet where I dont have any expectations on me. Its an outlet where I dont get picky, taking only an hour or two to put each beat together. Its a place where I can create chill, simple music for you all to relax , study, read, or whatever else you want chill ass beats for. Hopefully you all enjoy it. I am definitely planning on doing at least Week two for now. I dont wanna commit to more than that, but I am really enjoying this process, and if you all enjoy it too, I will gladly continue. I needed to make some original stuff, and this is a great format for getting lots of ideas out. I may even develop some into more complex arrangements in the future. Who knows.
