Rhyperior is either B or A tier, will have to test it on Hard TR to see if it is A tier. Good offense and fast in TR.
I use my 20+ years of expertise in Pokemon with almost all of that being competitive to make these videos. I remember getting Top8 in the world my first year competiting, in 2010. And have not consistently topcut but have always had really great teams from me specializing in teambuilding over battling.
