As straight-up DOS gaming as you can get without resorting to ASCII graphics - Iki goes strategically tactical with VGA Civil War Strategy and drops some gameplay tips on yo' ass while he's at it.
VGA Civil War Strategy was developed by W. R. Hutsell and was released as shareware.
The game has been declared freeware by the original author.
