VGA Capture and VGA-DVI Scaler Setup To Record MS-DOS

Let me show you my setup how I capture VGA footage from my 286 dos machine. I first use a VGA Splitter. US amzn.to/2RLZjNK EU amzn.to/2HbpmK1 So I have a no latency while gaming on a CRT. Then it goes into the:

And I use OBS studio to record.
