There is no need to be intimated when flying at a large international airport - knowing what to expect is half the battle, and this video shows a departure from Kansas City International, from starting the engine on the FBO ramp to requesting a departure clearance, to taking off, and even some sightseeing over the city of Kansas City. Follow along in this video, recorded on a beautiful day in January 2019 on a flight from KMCI to KCID (Cedar Rapids, IA).
