Please see this video for the fix: youtu.be/DS5aM-Ysr9k
This has been a long road of trial and error to find the cause of constant double feeding and jams leading to full gas dump.
The problem isn't caused by misaligned bolt carrier (due to wear), or protrusion on the nozzle retainer grinding a groove out on the interior upper receiver. But probably just the nozzle o ring becoming old and too loose, this allows the nozzle to move around more than usual which then leads to jams and double feeds.
This video here has the nozzle with a new o ring (not specific replacement size), which probably requires a little oiling to stop bolt bounce which leads to double feeding. Prior to the video the rifle emptied 3 magazines with hardly any hiccups. Most it's fired successfully in roughly 10 months.
