So often there are shades or even palettes that don't see the light of day in a years time! This project is an effort to change that! The idea of 'Project Level Up' is to work on 1 palette (chosen randomly) at a time, starting at level 1. In level 1 you use every shade in the palette one time AND hit one pan.
