Narrative:

Cheetwo becomes hopeless after being taken to the testing facility, but he meets Vexus there and Vexus tries to convince him to hold on and good will come
y'know, what's the worst that could happen?

Of course then cheetwo is taken for extensive testing, the tests to create a biological weapon that can be control through technology,
when cheetwo comes back from his first few weeks of testing he is not the same however...

Vexus feels guilty because he gave Cheetwo hope and a yearning for freedom/a happy ending, however (as shown in the video) when cheetwo is returned after extensive testing. vexus sees his strong willed and gutsy friend has been reduced to a vulnerable and scared puppy... and it crushes him...

Cheetwo, lashes out at vexus, he is in pain and he is angry because he feels that vexus lied to him by getting his hopes up, cheetwo is taken away again, of course this time he will never come back, because this time he escapes from the lab...

and thus that leads to vexus going through self pity to then hating cheetwo for leaving him to suffer the same fate of violent tests.

Cheetwo, feels guilt for leaving vexus but the longer he is away the harder to gets to go back.

When Vexus finally escapes he hunts down cheetwo, and feels the only way to do justice, for himself and all the other animals that perished in the lab, is to take out cheetwo.

Though cheetwo tries to apologize in time vexus isn't thinking rationally and attacks, of course the winner of the fight is cheetwo.

after the fight having his circuits knocked out of place due to injury vexus can start thinking clearly and with his dying breath he tells cheetwo he forgives him and apologizes.

after this event cheetwo becomes a lone wolf,
feared by many as a monster, old and hungry cheetwo tries to take out a healthy buck deer, of course this ends in tragedy.

as cheetwo lays dying a voice comes to him
his friend vexus appears, full of life and health and explains he has come to take cheetwo away from the pain of this world, cheetwo is overjoyed of course, the wings vexus has identify him as a guardian of the gods, something vexus would mention to cheetwo whilst they were alive,was that he dreamed of being a great guardian of light like in the mythologies these canines have.

however this scene could just be the final hallucinations of a dying wolf. :3
