Well 6 months after buying these batteries, one failed. What I found is a potentially dangerous mess after opening it up. Contacted support and they sent a replacement. Discovered these batteries were a waste of money and could be dangerous after shipping damage. Not designed or packaged to survive FedEx shipping and inability to follow warning labels. Surprised more FedEx vehicles don't go up in smoke.
