This LumaFusion tutorial shows how to create the Vertigo Effect (aka Dolly Zoom ) in LumaFusion using Key Frames to adjust the size and position of the video.
The Vertigo Effect is created by zooming in while the camera moves away from the subject in a way that keeps the subject at the same size in the frame throughout the process.
In this specific instance, Rising of a building, as the effect progresses, the building seems to rise from the ground.
