VermeerOne™ Fleet offers two tiers of data and insights to cater to different user needs: base and premium. The base tier provides essential machine health information to help users monitor and manage their fleet effectively. This tier includes warranty information, access to manuals, service history, field campaign information, machine grouping, total machine hours, current machine location, and fault codes within the last 7 days. Features that require a fleet premium subscription are indicated by a yellow flag. When a customer with base clicks on the utilization tab, the machine usage, location history and productivity sections will be blurred with a prompt to visit store.vermeer.com to purchase Fleet premium if additional insights are desired. In the reporting tab, a customer with base has access to historical mandatory safety campaign information. The fault code history report will be blurred and prompt the customer to purchase fleet premium if they wish to gain access to historical fault code information. Base allows customers to opt in to receive notifications regarding urgent fault codes, upcoming planned maintenance, and machines reaching high urgency scores to assist them in prioritizing the machines that need attention. Asset tracking, which allows a customer to be notified when a machine moves a specified distance between a defined period of time, is available with a fleet premium subscription. Fleet premium includes all features of base plus access to the insights available within the utilization tab. Connected machines can display fuel usage, running hours, and location history. Connected horizontal drills and horizontal grinders can provide additional productivity data and insights. Fleet premium also enables a customer to access historical fault code information in the reporting tab and the ability to opt into asset tracking notifications. Machines with a Fleet premium subscription will also be displayed on the insights tab. The insights tab provides a fleet level view of utilization and productivity insights to help customers make informed decisions, optimize operations, and improve overall efficiency. By analyzing data trends and performance metrics, customers can identify areas for improvement, reduced downtime, and maximize the return on their fleet investments.
