Vera’s theme is memorable to me. This is one of the early music I have played when I was trying to learn piano. I believe it belongs to my first 10 pieces.
As far as I can recall, my very first piano was Moonlight Sonata taught by my dad. And then I remember at that time I am already ear playing Memory by Barry Manilow. I was 7 back then.
At about 10, I studied Fur Elise, Rogoletto, On the Beautiful Blue Danube which took me a year to learn as it is a long music. Then at around the same time learning the Veras Theme, Song For Anna, and Ballade pour Adeline. These pieces are not mine to learn, they were my older sister’s pieces but since I envy and like the music too, I tried to learn them thru copying / ear playing.
