It comes the movie 'I was an Adventuress' of 1940.
In the film, the Norwegian ballerina plays the role of an actress and ballerina, the phoney Countess Tanya Vronsky, who is a principal at the Theatre National de l’Opera.
George Balanchine, in life her husband from 1938 to 1942, is also in the movie. He is seen here playing the role of the conductor of the rehearsal orchestra. At the end of the sequence he tells the orchestra their playing was fine and asks the ballerina if the tempo was right. And then he organizes a break in the rehearsal.
