As you're chasing down Hyperion deep in the bowels of Webb's crazy Antarctic lair, you have to get access to the Command Center to upgrade your ID bracelet. There are a couple of ways to do this, but the way that I solved it is to use the vent access method, which clears all of the people around it, so that you can get into the security room. Once you get in there with the vent access you can upgrade your ID bracelet, meet up with the lovely Isola and take her straight up the command center.

007 First Light is sort of the origin story of James Bond in gaming form. He starts as an airman, but things go sideways in Icelend, which puts him on the radar for the 00 program. Spearheaded by M, he's taken to Malta for basic training, and so begins the man, the myth, the legend. From there, you'll be introduced to Q Branch, get a swanky London apartment, and then get to take more advanced training back in Malta. Once you complete that, you'll be in the program and get to start your field operations, which is where my 007 First Light walkthrough guide really takes off.
