EDIT: Since it was brought up that frailty is superior I want to make it clear that I've tested both, the damage difference is negligible and the build in the video is more beginner friendly and high key friendly. That isn't the "best mathematical build" video, this is a video about what I am going to run and what I think is good. I include the other builds in the description because I know it isn't the only option and didn't say it was the best option either.
