Survivors and rescue workers appeal for help freeing those trapped under the rubble after #Venezuela was hit by two powerful #earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 that have killed at least 164 people and left over 970 hurt.

In La Guaira, near the capital #Caracas, local residents gathered outside a destroyed building saying they could hear the cries of people trapped under the buildings.
