Velocity Solo Desktop Upgrade SSD Kit from Apricorn company.
This device is used to connect a SATA III SSD via PCIe 2.0 x1 slot.
This little video review will show you the ATTO Disk Benchmark using Agility 3 + Velocity Solo add-on card.
Note: There might be a bug, or they have released a firmware update for the card, or it needs further BIOS config tweaking, or it's just not compatible with my motherboard, P6X58D Premium.
I've read other people's reviews and one of them seems to run it perfectly fine with SATA III SSD at 400 mb/s read speed.
I connected this card on the 3rd PCIe 2.0 lane that supports either 1x or 8x speed, but for some reason the card stays at 2.5 GBPS speed.
Either way, I no longer have this card and will not continue testing it.
