Another YouTube channel-Midnight Munchies and More created this but they made it in a pan so I wanted to see if it transferred to an Instant Pot. It did!! Really easy and super FAST!! But here is their video! youtu.be/okcPZwGqe4M

Put 1 lb pasta, 32oz veggie broth and a packet of taco seasoning in Instant Pot for 5 minutes. Vent right away. Add a can of drained and rinsed black beans, and a drained can of corn and diced tomatoes. Add 4oz vegan cream cheese and stir.
