Every year Eric requests these jelly donuts π© (sufganiyot) for Hanukkah. Itβs the last night, but better late than never I say. π Full recipe is on the blog (linked in comments).
(Note: Since filming this I reduced the sugar and boosted the liquid in the recipe just a tad. I think this gives them a lighter texture!)
