I made this vegan pizza last night with Miyoko's vegan mozzarella, Rao's marinara sauce, and Field Roast vegan Italian sausage. Plus purple onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. I also sprinkled a tiny bit of Violife vegan parmesan on top. The crust is fresh pizza dough they make in the bakery at my local Vons, and it's one of those things that's vegan kind of by accident. The whole thing only took about 40 minutes including baking time. Easy peasy pizza pie!
