My biggest speedrunning project is now complete. I probably put 250+ hours into routing and running this map over the course of 3 months. I am really happy with the run, this was my best pace ever leaving the nether, combined with gold splits or near gold splits on every post-nether segment.

Played in Minecraft 1.8 with Java 7
Used Optifine I7 and Batty's Coordinates Plus Mod
Used AutoHotkey to help sprinting (mapped w to sprint key)
