PSU professor of philosophy Peter Boghossian moderated the event. Haider's speech titled, "The Challenge of Religion and What We Stand to Lose," explores the doctrines and history of Islam that she finds problematic. Haider was born in Pakistan and grew up as a Shi'a Muslim.
