this is slightly inaccurate due to the enter deku CS not playing and poor splicing but that's offset by the extra buffers in the hovers from the tree.
video on the left is of RTA64's WR run. video on right is a spliced video of what a decent attempt of the new route would look. New route saves about 1:30 (probably closer to 1:50)
The route is identical up until the last split, except after you get broken sword, you'll equip nuts at the same time as you equip swap deku stick.
