Fluid art inspirational video! I want to show you my techniques for varnishing and resining my work. When using a liquid varnish, I lean towards Liquitex in the orange label. It comes in multiple finishes. I think satin is a great way to go, itās not too glossy but still brings out the vibrancy of the painting.
When it comes to resin, some of my favorite brands are stone coat art coat, Faux Rizzel and KS resin. Rule of thumb with resin, 4 ounces total for every square foot. Thatās 2 ounces of part A and 2 ounces of part B. 12ā x 12ā canvas you would need 4 ounces total, 24 x 24ā you would go up to 8 ounces and so on. I hope this is helpful!
