Tótem is an independent digital platform founded by César Alvarez in Mexico City in 2014. Through a series of online magazines, Tótem reports on contemporary culture from a plural, inclusive, and fresh perspective that seeks to give a voice to all identities and aesthetic manifestations around the world. For this project they created the first print version of Tótem, driven by editorial shoots in Mexico City and Los Angeles.
