Today I'm introducing you to a new project which is a pretty unique one: a Ford Econoline Gen 3 body scratch built by Wes Brazwell at Wesmade.
This is a project I have been wanting to do ever since I got into crawling. I'm a huge fan of vans, pun intended, and to replicate something in 10th scale is great. My daily driver is actually a van converted for camping trips, and I plan to do the exact same to this Ford. The Ford Econoline was used a lot as a service vehicle, for example as an ambulance, and seeing how many of them are around makes them prone to customizing. No different with what I plan to do to this smaller version. Offroad gear, camping gear, a bed, and a lot of scratch built and 3D printed items are to be added before I finally will paint this vehicle. I plan to turn this into the ultimate adventure van!
