Just what would happen if, we composited Vanilla RTX over Vanilla RTX Normals. Not having to choose between one, or the other, and get all the detail out of both. The idea sounds great, ideally it requires both the heightmap and the normal to be made by the same person, with the same interpretation of the texture, and while standing alone both must be well made. In our case, all the ingredients were there, only thing needed was to just do it.
