I forgot to mention Hunter Pets. For pvp, the best pets are the ones with CC. For example, Boar's have an ability called Boar Charge. It roots the target in place for 1.5 seconds. Any pet with any kind of CC is really good, or even pets with high damage like Brokentooth.
I also didn't mention rotation that much. It honestly all depends on the situation. Very rarely are hunter's able to do a full Aim Shot, Multi-Shot combo, unless the target is trapped. Rotation is purely situational.
