This video showcases best in slot rogue dps. While this may be on a shitty server with bad scripts, it is still a pretty accurate judgement of what rogues are able to accomplish. I personally loved the energy regeneration with the tier 0.5/dungeon 2 set. If I also had a Druid spamming me with rank 1 rejuvenation and windfury, I could have the most insane energy regeneration you have ever seen.
