Yesterday, Saturday evening, I reached for my favorite album by Shamen - Hempton Manor. One of the great songs on it, is of course "Indica". I decided to have some fun and create a cover of this track using only the Roland MC-707 (not for the first time, because many years ago on YT I posted a short recording using only the Roland MC-808).
This time I approached it in more detail. Of course, it was difficult to convey this characteristic atmosphere of the mid-90s. But something came out of it :)
The whole thing was recorded by ear - I used only one sample from the original (the characteristic click) that accompanies the recording from the very beginning.
