One of the most beautiful cities in the world, Vancouver sits between Coal Harbour and the North Shore mountains. This evening walk begins along the Coal Harbour Seawall during peak cherry blossom season and ends on Granville Street as the city lights come on. Passes the 2010 Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza, Canada Place, the Gastown Steam Clock, and the Chinatown Millennium Gate.

Ideal for virtual travel, treadmill walks, and ambient atmosphere. Best with headphones.

Vancouver's Coal Harbour sits at the eastern end of the downtown peninsula between the financial district and Stanley Park. The 2010 Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza was lit by Wayne Gretzky on February 12, 2010 and remains one of Vancouver's most photographed landmarks. Gastown, the oldest neighbourhood in Vancouver, was founded in 1867 around "Gassy Jack" Deighton's saloon and is home to the steam-powered clock built in 1977. Each spring, roughly 43,000 ornamental cherry trees bloom across the city from late March through mid-April.
