Vice President JD Vance paid his second visit to Maine in three months.

Vance spoke at length Monday in Brewer in support of Republican candidates for state and federal office, framing the midterm elections as a fight against socialism. He also addressed the economy, allegations of fraud in Maine and the investigation into the fatal shooting of a man by an ICE agent in Biddeford.
