In Text in case it's needed:
Unlock Gallo Tower by getting to level 60 as any character on the Dairy Plant stage.
Unlock Ramba by killing 3000 Milk Elementals on the Dairy Plant stage (You will probably do this by accident when unlocking Gallo Tower).
Unlock Hurry! mode by heading downwards on the Gallo Tower stage until you find a blue bottle item inside a pentagram. Approaching will spawn enemies but you don't have to kill them just touch the item (Sorceress' Tears). It let's you shorten runs to only 15 minutes in length instead of 30.
